TXNW is a 10,400 sq. ft. facility consisting of (1) 80×80 and (1) 50×80 pre‐engineered metal building. This project required some 42″ of fill necessary for the elevation to match the railroad track spur that runs
through the 50×80 shop.

A 4′ x 20′ inspection pit was installed between the tracks inside the building to allow for inspections of the companies locomotives. The finished office area consumed roughly 4500 sq. ft. of the 80 x 80 office structure.

Complete with a locker room, several offices, conference room, kitchen, and (4) bedrooms for overnight employees.

The office area was finished out with VC tile, acoustical ceiling throughout, and pre hung doors. PSB provided all electrical utilities, well, and septic system along with the new entry road and railroad spur base.

The HVAC was installed for the office area and radiant tube heaters for all of the shop area. The construction timeline on this project was completed in 9 months from start to finish.
